Property Management Fees

There are four main categories of costs associated with professional property management services. Below is a general overview of what to expect. For detailed pricing information as it applies to your property, please contact us for a quote on services.

Recurring Management Fees

To cover the cost of property management services we collect a percentage of the monthly rent. Rentals under $600 per month usually have a minimum charge of $50.

Lease Signing Fees

When a tenant is placed in the property, we charge an initial leasing fee of up to one full month's rent. There is a flat set up fee charged for properties that are already tenant occupied upon management.

Maintenance & Repair Expenses

As the property owner, you will still be responsible for any expenses related to maintaining or repairing the property. Crye-Leike will coordinate this and provide cost estimates based on the type of work needed. The property management contract authorizes us to spend a specified amount per item before pre-authorization to owner of expense, except for emergencies.

Advertising Fees

We have a typical advertising services option that we provide. However these expenses may change depending on requests that you may have. Please contact us to discuss what is best for your property. Fees vary by property and by area.
